Musical journeys
Just as foreign cultures have their traditions, gods, and inspirations to which many songs are sung, in the same way, we can revive the power of Slovenian heritage in the beauty of our language by singing about the magnificence of the inspirations of our land!
Musical meditation, supported by simple breathing exercises, takes us into a relaxed, meditative state of Theta/Delta brainwave activity, where we are more receptive to insights, inspirations, intuitive ideas, and guidance for our lives and relationships.
In a safe and relaxing environment, we can explore the transition from wakefulness to the dream (Theta) state and learn how to actively use and direct our imagination for the purpose of practical application into our everyday lives.
During the event, you can meditate sitting or lying down, draw or write down the flow of your thoughts and ideas, move, dance, or join in singing certain parts of the songs (chants, in a similar way as in Kirtan, but with the focus on the Slovenian language).
Alongside a relaxing ceremonial musical journey with shamanic drums, djembe, guitar, vocals, mantras, rattles, and with the scents of natural incense, you will have the opportunity to connect with dream worlds and the fairytale inspirations of Slovenian nature, such as the inspirations of mountain fairies, dragons (Govic), elves, rivers (Savica, Sava…), mountain spirits (Pršivec, Vogel, Triglav…), and elements…
